An ideological and aesthetic expansion of our perception is urgently needed to overcome our paralysis in the face of the overlapping and condensing moments of crisis. In their memorandum Zur Entstehung einer ökologischen Klasse (Suhrkamp 2022), Bruno Latour and Nikolaj Schultz describe a kind of geosocial collective that forms a new antagonism in a variety of places in a multi-layered and networked way.

Out of the dense fog that surrounds us, we want to use aesthetic speculation to hint at and highlight their idea of an ecological class.

In a performative self-experiment, we will explore together the idea of a multi-layered and networked collective that assumes spatial and mental limitations and simultaneously subverts and transforms them. Everyone is invited to develop a space-shaping object in a collective process that rewires the self, the others and the space.
